Daler Mehndi said on Shah Rukh Khan’s success, ‘Pathans are swinging because of PM Modi’

Daler Mehndi On Pathan: Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathan has got a great opening at the box office. On this brilliant performance of the film, Daleg Mehndi says that the main reason for this success is Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that PM Modi had talked about stopping the Boycott trends, only after which the protests and Boycott trends slowed down and the film got a great response.

Talking to Aaj Tak, Daler Mehndi said, “Jiyo Jio Re PM Hindustan, because of whom the film industry and Pathans are swinging.” If the PM did not say that this boycott-boycott should be stopped, then I think it would have been very difficult for this to happen. I want to congratulate the Prime Minister and Shah Rukh Khan, this is very good for the film industry.

Along with this, he said that it is a very good thing for the film industry that this trend is coming to an end and now films will be able to do well. Daler Mehndi said that the only reason for this trend to stop or its weakening is that PM Modi came forward and spoke about it and asked to stop it, which will benefit the films.

There was a protest about the film

The film industry was falling prey to Boycott trends for a long time and Pathan was no exception to this. In the film’s song Besharam Rang, Deepika Padukone’s orange bikini was accused of hurting the sentiments of Hindus by associating it with saffron. After this, Boycott started trending regarding the film and the demand to ban the film started rising. However, on all this PM Modi had said that such trends should be stopped. The effect of this appeal of the PM was also visible and gradually the opposition to the film softened.

The film is getting great response
